History of the publication: Successor of the republican interdepartmental collection «Slavic Literature and

Folklore Studies», founded in 1965. Since 1997, it has been published under the name «Slavic World».

Issues: The yearbook «Slavic World»is devoted to the study of the history and theory of Slavic philology, the main trends in the development of Slavic languages ​​and literatures, folkloristic discourse, issues of comparative studies and comparative studies, interdisciplinary research. The yearbook highlights the scientific activities of Slavists from different countries, presents new editions, information about anniversaries and Slavistics forums.
