Ensuring long-term storage
Technical means
The immutability of the source data and the correct display of the content are ensured by
placing each scientific article on the yearbook website and on the web pages of library
portals in PDF (Portable Document Format).
Each scientific article in the yearbook is assigned a digital identifier DOI (Digital Object
Identifier), which guarantees a constant and stable reference to the article, independent of
changes in the structure of the publication’s website.
All necessary metadata for articles are stored in a structured format both in the PDF version
and on a separate web page of each publication. Bibliographic descriptions, annotations and
article lists of sources and literature are registered in the CrossRef database, which ensures
their search and indexing in international scientometric databases.

Availability guarantees
The publication guarantees unlimited open access to all issues and published articles on the
yearbook website, as well as their transfer for additional archiving and storage to the above-
mentioned national library portals.
Authors are allowed to place electronic copies of their published articles on personal web
resources, institutional or thematic repositories, provided that the original publication on
the yearbook website is cited.
The structure of the yearbook website provides for the display on the right side of the main
page of the current issue, issues for the last three years and the publication archive, into
which one issue is moved each year, which comes out of the time range of the last three
years.
The policy of archiving and ensuring long-term storage of the scientific content of the
yearbook will be periodically reviewed and improved in order to take into account new
effective practices of scientific and publishing activities and methods of ensuring the
preservation of content. Such updates will be published on this web page of the publication
website.
